Easy to schedule appointment. Fast service. Polite service man. Professional
Timely contact, vendor called same day , I made claim. Plumber directly contacted me and we spoke about the possible repair or replacement of our leaking garbage disposal. Plumber attempted to set the follow day, but I had Doctor's appointments in place, they changed their schedule to meet mine. Plumer, Zack, arrived on time, was friendly but professional, We both wore mask's during his time at our home. Very pleased with everything AHS provided
AHS has been fantastic!! The problem is always addressed quickly & having AHS has saved me money on several occasions. A home warranty is definitely worth the price!
AHS received our case in the evening and by the next morning the service provider had contacted us. Unfortunately because of their workload we had to wait several days for the repairs to take place. When the service provider arrived they quickly resolved the problem and were able to resolve the issue quickly. Overall an acceptable service situation.
They promptly ordered and paid for a new furnace wihtout any hassle or problems. Awesome!

I contacted them about a broken water heater and American home shield was able to get a plumber out to our home the next day and we had to have our water heater replaced we were given a new water heater but we did have to pay 500 dollars for modifications. That needed to be done since. Our home was built in 1976. over all that was Better than paying 1500 out of pocket which is what we did at or other home when our water heater broke. I was very impressed
