They have great coverage. Our old company was irritating to work with. It was impossible getting anything replaced. We basically got gaslit about appliances being broken, etc. and calling them was a nightmare. AHS is a joy to work with. I can file claims online (though that could use some work). Customer service is always a pleasure to talk to. At least once I got the 'good' phone number from a repair person. The number on the website is problematic.
The technicians who came to rekey my house and correct a problem with the garage door opener were on time and very courteous.
Have used American Home shield on 3 different occasions at 2 different homes and they were very quick to respond and followed up to see how the contractor did and if we were pleased with the outcome!! Very good customer service!! And great value!!
I had a good experience with your company, however, it took a while to set an appointment/booking with 3rd party contractors.
Have had great experiences, have had a terrible experience. Spent an entire summer with no AC a couple years ago.
