Everything was great when I called American Home Shield. Their claims representative was right on the ball and everything was taken care of quickly. I was told to expect the contractor out within a week and Speedy Air & Heat was great. They replaced and sealed the icemaker. Now, everything is working as it should. They've been reliable, easy and efficient. My last claim was for the water heater and the technician was awesome. He knew exactly what was going on.
