I like the ease of scheduling repairs. It’s only after you start dealing with some repair companies dispatchers that the service suffers. The can be very busy and you get their voice mail. In some cases they do not return your call until they need to talk to you. My most frustrating problems have been When I have to talk to AHS customer service after service Technician did not or could not properly repaire the item. Depending on the service you needed, AHS could be good or bad. In my experience, plumbing repair was excellent, kitchen appliance repair was good, air conditioning was bad.
