The first time I did a claim with them they took them 5 month to take care the issue but after 5 month they fix my refrigerator problem the second time I did a claim they really took them two weeks to fix my problem I highly recommend American home shield they really worth what I pay to have them I highly recommend American home shield A+

The selection of contractors is very limited and none of them are local which made the appointment scheduling limited and not as quick as it should have beeb. It was also difficult to speak to anyone from the contractors provided. Everything was handled through text and email...never verbal so I had to deal with operators from AHS who then contacted the contractors via email.

The completed work is great. Although, the schedulers won't call back and it takes several times to get through to make an appointment.
Sone isdues are resolved immediately, some are not.
