Garage doors are listed on my service contract as included for repair. However, AHS indicated that the part that broke on my door (the spring) was not included. It cost me over $700. Plumbing is also included, however, they would not pay for caulking my leaky tub which cost me over $200 I was without a washer for nearly 2 weeks because after the company AHS chose to repair my washer initially told me they were waiting for a repair part, they would not respond to my calls nor did they answer AHS' emails.
