i was very disappointed with the small amount paid regarding replacing my AC unit. On most other repairs, I was satisfied. Also, very disappointed on them going up over 25% on my premium

Sears repair was awesome. Have requested $ instead of replacement on dishwasher, have not heard back on status. If it happens quickly, it would change to 5 stars.
