We have had nothing but issues with getting our pool covered by AHS. However, we have had no issues getting our plumbing issues covered inside the house and they also covered our microwave and garbage disposal.

3 Sundays ago my well stopped working at 6:30 am. I called AHS and went through the phone menu. Within 3-4 minutes I had a work order number and name of the company scheduled to fix it on Monday. I called their emergency number. I got a call back and he arrived at 8:45. He fixed it by replacing the motor box and it was fixed by 9:45. Perfect

Bad experience with ceiling fan/electrician and terrible experience with AC mechanical service provider.
I like the company for the most part. The only problem is twice they have sent me a service complete notice when the service is not complete and I’ve had to call to straighten it out because a new job is a $ 125.00. This seems to be a simple fix but once is enough gwice is too many times.

We had three service requests. One of the companies never showed up and their phone number doesn't work- then we looked up their reviews and they are terrible. We asked for a new company to be sent out but were told we need to keep trying to get in touch with the first company. Well we can't. And I'm out $75 for the A/C tune up that American Home Shield reccomend that I have.
