Quickly set up apropos company each time, plumbing, pool and electric, that worked out great. When electrical issue reappeared then co. came out and dealt with it effectively as well as gave us a great price for a needed upgrade. American Home Shield was very helpful, considerate, and professional.

File a claim to get my AC fixed. Took over a week to get a contractor out.
Love the service. My tech came to the house and was very professional, friendly, and fixed my issue the same day. This was my first call, so I am extremely pleased.

When I joined in 1995, I paid $300/year, and service calls were $25. I'm paying three times that now! I have usually received pretty good service, as long as they don't send inexperienced technicians.
