I'm impressed with the use of technology to support customers. Video conferencing prior to the technician coming to clearly document the issues. Constant communication with updates!! And technicians that come according to schedule.

I have tried Choice Home Warranty and Select Home Warranty. Each time I had an issue, no one would show up at my house to fix it. They were just talking my money and I got nothing in return. American Home Shield has went above and beyond anything I was expecting. They actually will show up and quick. I am not getting anything for writing this!.. But they are so good that I wanted to.

Fast turn around on getting a repairman when needed. Polite, professional staff who were very helpful. On the down side, I keep getting request to fill out this review even if I did it before.
