I have had mostly good interactions with AHS warranty. They have been really good about fixing the items I needed repaired/replaced. They have some miscommunication, and I have had to call multiple time to make sure things were on track. I only give them 4 stars because of those couple minor issues.

It's expensive and coverage has some limits that are annoying
There were no problems with the service technician nor issues with the final outcome of the problem. My washer was replaced with an excellent replacement unit. (How machines have changed in 15 years)
