I have had AHS for many years. Over the years they have gotten much better and respond quickly to my request.

This is by far the BEST thing I have done as a home owner - Purchasing American Home Shield home protection. I am a single mom of three and own my own home. By purchasing the shield if something goes wrong, help is just a phone call away. The person that came out was very pleasant and helpful. He thought he had the problem solved but I could tell the next day it was not solved. He came back the next day and figured out the problem and now it works fine.
