Whenever I have a claim, I do it online and somebody will contact me. I'm glad I have AHS. My experience has been very, very good.
American Home Shield's website was intuitive and helpful. I filed a claim to get my locks rekeyed and the contractor was very professional. They worked well and everything is good.
I've been with these people for two years now, and I file a claim damn near every other month. I just bought my house last year and everything has gone out. And AHS has just been great. I'm surprised. I've always had this type of insurance and I never expected anything like this. Recently, I'd seen a water spot on the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom. The contractor cut a hole and they found a drain in the upstairs tub leaking. They replaced it. Then the drywall people replaced the ceiling.
Lake Anna Doors did really well. Initially, they came and did my garage opener and garage door. Within two days, the garage opener was not working. So, I again went to AHS, and then rescheduled another appointment. They came and they replaced the remote with a new one. They did a fabulous job. I've started liking AHS. I will definitely recommend people on AHS. A lot of things are really taken care of. I'm so happy with the service. Whatever I asked for, they did it. The $75 for every time they visit is not that bad a deal.
My recent claim experience with AHS went well. I had some issues with a condensation drain. The contractor was able to take care of all the issues. He worked on the upstairs unit and also on the downstairs unit. It's working fine now. He was on time, friendly and professional.
The technician gave us a heads-up on something that we might wanna consider later on down the road. My wife also said he removed his shoes when he came through the house, and then he went outside, took care of my air conditioning unit and left. That was quick and easy. We had a claim for our freezer. I'm a fairly new member of American Home Shield, and I didn't know I could do it online, so I called in. They were kinda hard to get on the phone. But once I got in and got it in forward, it went well. Whirlpool's perfect. Their technician came and he needed a part. and it took him another couple of days to get the part. Once he got it in there, it worked perfectly. He was great.
PDX Appliance & Repairs came out to fix the dishwasher and the refrigerator. It was a great experience with American Home Shield and it was always professional.
I jump on my computer when I get a problem. I saved Home Shield's website as one of my favorites. I click on it and fill out the work order request. It takes five minutes or less and then it’s done. May Heating and Air's tech did a great job. Very professional, diagnosed the problem, and within less than 30 minutes had it up and running. I love the service. I'm very happy I have the product. I will renew it.
