A mistake was made by the warranty company and it took days to resolve so I could move forward in getting problem fixed.

They make it easy to put in a service request and are affordable. I recently put in a request to fix our air conditioner though and after a month it's still not fixed. A/C company is saying it always takes this long when dealing with AHS so I feel improvements could be made in that regard.

The ease of dealing with the claims process as well as the helpfulness of the customer rep I spoke with and even the gentleman who came to the house to work on the fridge was extremely nice. It's a nice peace of mind knowing that my most expensive items are covered and you won't be harassed when something actually is wrong and you have to file a complaint.

I don’t always get a speedy response to my service requests. I generally have to wait a couple of days to get an appointment
