I did a lot of research before comparing what the companies covered, what their prices were, and I found American Home Shield to be the best buy for the money. Recently, I had a leak that was coming through my ceiling and ruining my ceiling in my room. Mehl Mechanical was out the next day and they took care of everything. They were very pleasant. American Home Shield has always been very polite and prompt. They get somebody out here. I luckily only had to use them a couple times.
American Home Shield's tech from Pendyk Plumbing came out twice to our place. We had a leaking toilet and their tech let me know when he was coming. He showed up on time and fixed the problem. He was professional and nice.
I was very satisfied. Sears took care of the problem and it was fixed. They were on time.
Contacted AHS regarding my non-functioning ice-maker. They connected me with an appliance repair company. The repairman showed up on time and fixed the problem promptly. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and very professional.
I had Perfect Temp HVAC come through, do a quick once-over, and make sure everything was working properly with the AC. Everything's been working great. They were professional and friendly. They knew what they were doing and they were pretty quick.
We had an issue where the pool just stopped pumping and there was no electricity at all. We called AHS, and someone came out and fixed it quickly. They were actually familiar with the property because they had been maintaining the pool for many years by the previous owner, so it worked out really well. I had a claim for the dryer and washer. The electrician was good but I still have some problems with the washer. It needs a part and I have to call them back about it.
My HVAC system was not cooling properly. I called them and everything was fine. The tech was in and out in about 15 minutes. It was very professional, smooth and no hassle. The repair made my air conditioning cold.
We had HVAC system cut out and we weren't getting any AC at all. The blower outside was running but the blower inside was not working. It was really easy to submit the claim. I was expecting it to be a lot more of a hassle than what it ended up being. I submitted it online on Sunday, and the contractor called me to schedule the time. They managed to fit us in and they were very accommodating in terms of getting out here and getting it done. They were fantastic.
