I had no ac for a week. I called several times only to hear they couldn't contact a technician. I asked for a number to call and o got answers on the first call and had them over the next day.

Service has always been good sometimes may take longer if they have to order a part but overall service has been good. They were unable to fix our washer after several attempts, they had to remove the new parts they had installed and gave us a gift card at Lowe’s for the value of the washer. 439.$ But it took so long for the gift card to come thru that we went to Lowe’s at bought a new washer and dryer and when the gift card finally came thru, we will hang on to it for paper products, cleaning,etc…
