As far as the technician and dealing with the company he works for the experience was great. He was friendly and came back out that same day to wrk on my AC again when it went out that same day and the customer service from the company was great.. she assured me that he would be back out that same day and he was. As far as AHS it was my first time using and filing for service and so far it seemed to be good.. I just had trouble understanding the representative I had to speak to and she wasn't understanding what I was trying ... read more
