Overall I had good experience with AHS and that is why I opted 4 star. However, quality of HVAC vendors in middle TN is not consistent. Most lack follow up, have people problems or don’t update even your ticket has been open for close to 3 weeks. I am waiting on a part for last two weeks and my call to the HVAC company was not returned.

American Home Shield is excellent; however, it's contracted repair service contractors are not good. AHS needs to better screen for its network of contractors.
