I’ve had very good experiences with the company. We’ve been working with the company for years. The online tool streamlines the process. I’ve been impressed by the speed of the response time from the vendor response. I’ve worked with other providers in the past that I found had substandard or slow response from vendors. While being with American homeshield I have not had those encounters

Filing a claim is so easy, if I'm not pleased with a vendor they give me another one, and replacing unrepairable covered items is hassle free!
