AHS had trouble locating a contractor to do the specific type of work. Several companies were sent out just to tell me they don’t work on my specific type of AC unit.

Some representatives aren't helpful. Have gotten my service calls wrong. One said I had an outside vendor for a call they dispatched someone to.

Guaranty is worthy because of some quality technicians you have sent, but we never know if it's going to be a good or bad experience. In our case around 10% were excellent, 60 % good and 30% bad service.

the quality of the contractors is very very variable. The last one I had (electrical) was fine, professional, competent. The plumbers I have had have been 99% incompetent, slow, broke more than they fixed.
