The response time is super fast & it's easy to set up an appointment . My only complaint is something's are not covered .

Likes: Easy access to reliable and credible services. Also the lower onsite fee when contractors arrive to assess the claim. Dislikes: Coverage is extremely limited for $80/month and having a no claims.
