We had 2 claims this month back to back. The first was a garbage disposal which was replaced in 48 hrs, then a few days later the our washing machine broke down and while this took longer the technician was an expert and the repair was exceptional.

I'm hoping they will move up to 4 or 5 stars once our work request us completed. We had reported 3 items that needed repairs, only 1 item was able to be repaired. We're waiting on the approval for the replacement of the 2 items that were not repaired.
