My experiences have been very mixed. I have had very good contractors with no concerns. I also have had bad contractors and American Hone Shield was not very responsive or helpful in those cases.
Loved how quick we got our AC serviced when it went out.

The monthly fee is reasonable and the technicians are knowledgeable. In particular, I was impressed by the fact that the refrigerator repair tech knew a good deal about my Kenmore even though it was an older model.
