Had past trouble reps would not help me solve the issue. Most recent experience was very favorable though
I am not using the guaranty until now, I can not evaluate how valuable is it. I received I service for checking my Ac and it was good.

The last issue was two bathroom fans that were vented to the attic! not to code. It took 3 contractors before we got the issue resolved. We were pleased with the final job!

It took several trips to my home to solve the problems on my clothes dryer and air conditioner. They both needed repairs within a couple of weeks of each other. To your credit, you kept sending repair people ( very nice ones by the way) until both problems were resolved.
