This is the best home maintenance that I have dealt. I had one issue with a supplier & American home assisted with the issue. Most of the suppliers are very professional & come out in a timely manner. Any issues I have had in my home weather it’s heating or plumbing were always resolved

I didn't like AHS referring a contractor to me that was not approved by the Better Business Bureau. There is a lag between the time the service payment is made and when you receive service. If it's an emergency, you need that time shortened. When I phone the call center, I have a REALLY hard time understanding what the service rep is saying. There is a LOT of background noise and there is poor communication. Their English language is not clear for me to understand and they, sometimes, don't understand me. That is VERY frustr... read more

What I like about American home shield is that in my situation I work out of town up to a month and American home shield has been there to take care of my issues I have while I'm gone, with quick service request they have a profesional out there to look at and fix my home appliances, me and my wife are happy with their service.
