AMS has been very good to us except for this summer when our AC went out. In plus 100 degree heat we were without service for 4 weeks. The first two people they sent out quit after being here and never notified us they were not coming back. We were getting desperate and called AHS every few days and it was always the same we're working on it, we will get someone. The agents at American Home Shield have always been professional and helpful. We are happy with our interactions with them. The only negative thing that we have had is that some of the technicians that are assigned to our jobs are not honest, some not certified or licensed and others not competent. Other han that we have been pleased.

It has been extremely helpful when you are not sure what the extent of a problem is going to be. This way you're only paying a deductible and letting the professional solve the issue and only being charged your deductible. If you were to independently call a professional out you're going to pay almost the same amount as a deductible from American Home Shield and then that would not include the repair. It just makes sense to me.
