Most experience are good with AHS. Some contractors they use are not responsive so you have to make sure you get a good one.
A simple phone call and the the problem was taken care of.

When I had a problem with my garbage disposal leaking, right away it was determined that I needed a new one, and the one that was put in, isn't as powerful as the one that was taken out.

Have been a customer for over 15 years. Overall was very happy but seems like they sent their customer service oversees a couple years back and were not staffed properly. Hold times were hours long and it was difficult to understand representatives. Hold times have greatly improved but representatives have heavy accents and very canned word tracks they have to stick to so it is difficult to have a conversation. Overall repairs are prompt it just gets tedious if you have to call in to address a problem.

I despise having to call into customer service, so I do everything on line that I can. Customer service reads from a script and has only a basic knowledge base most of the time.

AHS was very responsive to my claim. They immediately assigned a repair technician who came out the same day.
