I loved my broken microwave and was heartbroken when they told me it could not be repaired. The replacement is terrific.

Company was great. My only question was about the fee. I had two issues in the same bathroom-same visit. I paid for two visits. I paid $166 for one visit. I understood that you paid for the visit and if they could do 2,3 things while there it was one service fee.
