All calls have been outstanding except one. I would like to say 5 but due to coverage of my area and contractor failure to respond/communicate, (which both reasons are out of AHS control) also the AHS customer service did their best over a period of time and several calls, I was more than happy with their efforts. The customer service makes a difference. The response time is quick and I think better than if I called without AHS in each case. It took awhle for AS to get a second technican (2nd company) involved. But, in the end it all worked out and I am pleased that AS lived up to its name.
