Have only used for one claim. The technician was out the next day and I was very impressed with the results.

Long hold time to reach customer service. Work order canceled due to vendor no longer in business. Not contacted about status & using provider from last same work request only initiated after we followed up.
Someone is always dispatched as soon as possible if I have a problem. We have had a couple of contracted companies that haven't had great service, but HSA always sent another company to replace.

Very easy to set up appointments. Coverage is same as getting someone to fix on side except you have a warranty!

Appliance Repair Service was timely, knowledgeable and clean. I give them the highest marks. Our plumbing issue has not been resolved and on August 11 I asked AHS to send the plumber back - I have not received any follow up which is extremely disappointing.
