Our dishwasher repairman was fantastic, did a great job in a timely manner. But when it came time for the water heater to be replaced, things didn't go so well. We got the cheapest water heater and cheapest materials, that had to be replaced immediately. The workmen were friendly, but we weren't sure they knew what they were doing. It was resolved, but we are left with a water heater that has to be on the highest setting to provide enough hot water for 2 people.
Quick, professional support and service. Support contractor was prompt, knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue.

American Home Shield (AHS) has been a godsend for me! Before AHS, I had 3 major appliances go out in the same year multiple times. With the skyrocketing cost of service, I paid thousands out of pocket. I saw the commercial for AHS and decided to give it a try. I am so-o-o-o glad that I made that call. In the last year alone, AHS replaced my $10K heat pump and $1.5K refrigerator. Do the math. That would take me about 2 decades in premiums to pay all that back. If you are debating signing up, DON'T!
