Recommendedme and my husband live around Traverse city area. we had a big emergency with one of our fur babies ( Guinea pig ) and there was no vet that would take her or even if they were open they wouldn't take her. so we discovered this vet hospital and took her there. 10/10 recommended this place! they didn't beat around the bush they went straight to the point on what we needed to do and hear for our little and it was time to let her pass away due to her having so much health issues :( the vet was wonderful on giving us as much tim... read more

RecommendedAmazing staff and clinic. Quickly rushed my injured senior dog into the back. They kept great communication all while showing compassion for my dog and I. Our technician was Holly, and I can’t say enough great things about her. Our DVM was Dr. Keizer and she was so knowledgeable and empathetic. I felt safe leaving my baby in their hands. I will return here again if I ever have another emergency.

RecommendedVery good service. Love their online registration process that allows you to determine the amount of testing/treatment and CPR or DNR ahead of time. We had an hour and 15 minute drive to get to their facility, but my pet was taken in immediately when we arrived. My only complaint is the lack of information we received while waiting 1.5 hrs for them to observe my pet. I wish they would have told us that all seemed well shortly after arriving, but they wanted to watch her for a while.
