I brought in my 8 month old German Shepard that seemed to have a wound on his chest and in 24 hours he went from being a playful puppy to not playing and just laying around. This office diagnosed him, treated him, and answered all our questions. They are amazing. He is back to being our amazing playful puppy.

I am unbelievably grateful I cannot express enough how kind, professional and patient the whole facility is. Dr Rowland went above and beyond, to call us to except many calls after calling us. I am the first to admit, my family is not the easiest to deal with, and even more so in a stressful situation. Dr.Rowland, Jess, and the whole staff was wonderful easy to understand, compassionate, accommodating and aware of financial cost. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. I can't thank you all enough!!!

Although the end result was not what I had hoped, the care and compassion of the entire staff that I dealt with from the moment I arrived was astounding. They went above and beyond any care I had ever seen with any of my pets

My dog Ponyo suffered a cut to his leg. He is a very nervous dog but the whole staff treated him so sweetly. By the end he made some new friends and the quality of the work was superb!! Thank you to all the staff for making us all feel better!

We sadly had to utilize your end of life services. As traumatizing as that was, your staff could not have helped us through it better! My rabbit was extremely sick and animal emergency hospital took him in immediately. They were so kind and very communicative on his condition. While I will say it was expensive, it was 100% worth it for the care my rabbit received.
