I was kept in the loop about everything, felt extreme patience on their end when I asked a million questions, and I was so happy with their care and communication. My dog, Benny, wouldn't go in a crate, they make him so anxious he hurts himself. My dog was bitten by another dog on Sunday night. You made a very hard situation easy on a very upset dog mom. Everyone I spoke to at you clinic was so sweet and understanding. Thank you for taking such good care of Lucy.

The care and compassion shown by the staff at AEH was wonderful. The vet quickly assessed my dog's post-op complications and sent us home with the needed medications. My only complaint was the 7 hour wait to be seen. It was a busy Sunday and there are only 2 animal emergency hospitals in the GR area. That being said, I was able to wait at home so it wasn't horrible.

I brought my dog Apollo in after he suddenly developed a very deep, heavy cough one morning. He started having more frequent and severe coughing fits overnight that night. My Vet wouldn’t accept him for another week and we were turned away by several others the next morning due to no availability or no new clients.
