I brought my little Molly in on a Thursday morning because of respiratory issues. Your vet was very compassionate, caring and took wonderful care of her. She had to be transferred to another facility due to your specialist being out with Covid. Your staff was proactive in finding someone to help her right away, and she was in very good hands. Our German has been suffering with allergies and severe rashes. Was surprised to find that Animal Emergency and Specialty Center had a dermatologist. The plan that they came up with has worked so far and our German is finally comfortable and not flaring up with rashes. They have been very helpful and their follow-up is amazing.

I've bright my baby here several times for emergency visit (chronic Gastro issues) & last emergency visit they suggested their specialist. ER vets have always been great, but her new specialist, Dr Riggs, & the internist vet tech, Andrea, are just amazing. They treat my girl like a princess, give her lots of attention & sweet talk. Dr Riggs has gone above & beyond to try to figure out what is going on, doing side of the same treats as her regular vet but giving me extensive, precise, great info about what the results mean. I was not only able to get an appointment quickly, they were also able to get my cat in for her procedure on the same day. The staff did everything well. The were confident, compassionate, informative, and helpful, just to name a few things.

Overall, I was very impressed with the level of care and communication we received for our dog who experienced a luxated hip and required FHO surgery. The only negative about the experience was the long initial wait time to be seen. After arriving on a Sunday afternoon, we waited almost 3 hours before our dog was taken in and we then waited in our car for another 1.5 hours before getting a call from the vet to inform us of next actions. Wilson is currently undergoing chemo and the staff and Dr. Lori have been so great! They really show they care and are knowledgeable. Make it easy for us. Appointments are pre-set for us. Clear follow-up instructions. Really show you care. Chemo "nurses' have been amazing.
