Get directionsThey did everything they could to give my boy some more time with me after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. He got to spend Christmas and NYE with me before his quality of life was too poor for me to continue to let him suffer. Cancer sucks. Loosing a dog doesn't ever get any easier. It sucks, it hurts, it's a long healing process. I'm glad I had these guys to help me maximize my time with my boy, keep him comfortable, and do everything possible to save him. Thanks again.
This review is for the dermatology department with Doctor Diamond and staff. Not only did we work the same nurse both days we came in, but we were able to fully understand what was causing our pup Janie discomfort after about a year of simply treating symptoms at our regular vet. We decided to get her allergy tested, and were thrilled that we could actually administer treatment at home, avoiding recurring vet bills. The customer service really made us feel at ease and comfortable about the entire process!
As the closest hospital to Colorado Springs that has an MRI machine, I have no choice but to recommend AESC. However, because of the comfort and care Ana has received there, I am glad to recommend you, the main reasons being the quality of the surgery plus the personal attention to Ana while she was separated from us. You do, however, need to improve the response time to an incoming call. To always be put on hold for minutes at a time when trying to check in for an appointment is very annoying, especially when the weather... read more
Very responsive, great experience and follow up. Dr Song is awesome! Everyone that we have met has helped us tremendously Thru a tough time. Great experience.
The care our dog received and the compassion with which we were treated upon arriving was absolutely stellar. Everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely cared for both our mental state and our dog's physical state. We immensely appreciated the immediate care and communication with us regarding his injuries!
Note: this is for the dermatology department. I haven't had any interaction with the other departments here. I was referred here by my regular vet because we had already tried so many things. Benadryl, Apoquel, Cytopoint injection, hydrolyzed protein diet... and nothing was helping my little guy with his allergies! I felt so bad when he would chew his paws constantly and nothing was working. Well, Dr. Diamond to the rescue! She started with an allergy test - Tater is allergic to SO many things. Out of 52 items, he was alle... read more
I transferred my dog here from an emergency vet in Colorado springs when they were unable to break up his cluster seizures. He was seen by the neurologist, Dr Song. Dr Song is very communicative and willing to spend time discussing your pets case. The entire neuro team is informative and responsive. They are currently helping me navigate through the challenge of balancing anti seizure drugs with quality of life. As far as the hospital stay, i was surprised by the bill in a good way! Compared to the nightly cost at the Co... read more
Went there tonight for what I thought could've been an emergency situation with my cat. Everything ended up being ok, thank goodness. Gillian was helpful, kind and caring. Thank you so much Gillian!
The staff and Dr song could not have been more caring and compassionate. My sweet, 12 year old, Blue Heeler, Amber, is a very sensitive and easily skittish doggie. But, everyone was so gentle and calm with her. The curbside check in and check out was so smooth and easy. I felt very safe and comfortable. Dr Song followed up with a call that evening after 8PM to check on Amber. I was SO surprised! That meant the world to me! Thank you, Dr song!
