The staff are professional and caring. Service was prompt and the doctor gave me detailed feedback and information on which to base my decision on whether surgery was desirable or not for out dog.
Our appointment was great from the time we walked into the door everyone was very professional, the clinic was spotless for a snow day which shows the pride the Staff has in their clinic. I really appreciated how the Technician and Doctor listened and gave me feedback on my concerns for my furbaby.
I love that the techs and doctors really care about their patients! My questions as a pet parent were taken into consideration.
The doctors and staff were all very helpful and friendly during my time of panic. They were able to help Honey immediately and kept me informed at all times. It was very scary when suddenly she couldn't walk and lost all control of her legs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They gave me the peace of mind so I could hold it together while she was in their care and provided me everything I needed to know to take care of her at home during her recovery.
The Staff, all speciality Departments and Hospital all top notch! We trust everyone here with both our older dogs. Their customer service and cleanliness is great. Highly recommend their customer service and care for our dogs!
We have had to use the services more than once. I trust the care for my dogs to AESC. They have been great! Very professional, informative and caring. I have no complaints on any of the care my pets have received. Very prompt and informative care .
The staff is always very nice and helpful. The doctors and staff are all knowledgeable and able to handle my pet that is afraid of people. Pricing can be a little high but that's expected for emergency care. They are great at explaining what had been done and what needs to be done at the office and also at home afterwards.
We were referred to AESC by our primary vet to chase down a possibly life-threatening condition in our 10-year old Shih Tzu. The receptionist was prompt, friendly and professional. After completing registration, Max and I were ushered into the 'triage' room. We waited 50-minutes for a very nice Vet Tech to do intake questioning and take Max into another room for a full examination. Everyone was professional and cognizant of the stress, both for us and our dog. Communication was excellent. Diagnosis was detailed with treatment plans. We are several hours away and were unable to drive the 5 hour roundtrip daily to visit, much as we would have liked to do so. We were confident that our dog was being well cared for with 24/7 staffing.
