Dozer was treated great, the staff was friendly and professional. Made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care over night. I left feeling confident in the diagnosis and fully educated on his disease.
My little puppy jumped onto the couch and ate three grapes at 9pm on a Sunday night. I rushed him to this clinic and they took him back right away to induce vomiting. They followed up at 24- and 48- hours to make sure that my puppy was ok, and even checked up on us the following week. I can't thank the staff and veterinarians at this clinic enough. You are a godsend to pet owners.
Been taking Stormie to this Specialty Clinic since June. She has Osteosarcoma and has lost her front leg as a result. Her Chemotherapy appointments are every three weeks for 6 visits. Two left and I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! Kind, caring, considerate! Keep up the great work!!
My veterinarian in the Springs told me a mass in my dogs leg was nothing to worry about. Turns out it was. He had an aggressive form of cancer and the urologist here gave me 6 more months of QUALITY LIFE with my dog, for a price that wasn't astronomical. I cannot thank this hospital enough. They tried to fix an incompetent vets mistake as best they could. They were also honest and gave me all options. Thoroughly examining and caring for my dog... They gave him the respect my main veterinarian should have!
This animal emergency hospital is absolutely top notch. They have everything possible to take care of your pet. I came in on a Sunday morning after my boy was attacked by a couple dogs through a fence, they saved his life. He went into surgery as soon as possible, and saved my boy. Very caring staff. They communicated every step of the way!
They were so kind to check out my puppy to make sure he was okay, even though the worrisome symptoms stopped before we got there. They saw us right away and were so patient and gentle with my very sensitive and dramatic puppy. They're very knowledgeable and professional.
The emergency service we received was fast, friendly, and professional. Rebekkah checked us in and was very efficient and asked all the right questions. Dr. Weber diagnosed the issue quickly and 2 days later our dog is back to her playful self. AESC did and exceptional job to diagnose and treat my dog.
The Center is there for an emergency but be prepared to spend a lot of money for the care. With your pet having an acute issue, you are not able to be an informed consumer and it feels like that is being taken advantage of. We were told we needed to have an MRI to diagnose the problem our dog was having. This cost $4000.00!! The images did provide an accurate diagnosis and helped with the plan of care. But the cost seems outrageous.
