The facility is clean and beautiful. The receptionists are helpful, courteous, and professional. The doctors and vet techs actually listen to you, answer questions, and are really up to date in their treatments. They are very communicative and I received updates and very transparent pricing lists. I understood every step of the treatment plan, the risks, and any unexpected developments and how they were handled.

The whole Team of AESC truly saved our frenchie, Lulu. There's a Latin phrase, "Sine Qua Non or Without Whom It Couldn't Be Done". This applies to each and every one of you, thank you. We met so many people: Cassandra, caring for the facility and keeping it clean, so thoughtful. Patrick, understanding and patient as we returned LuLu to you for even more care. The oncologist team was very caring, Dr. Lori took time to explain all the routes how to handle Troy's situation. She was very honest about the what the outcome might look like. I truly appreciated it, Once i made a decision about Troy's care, they followed it. Troy was handle with love care. I was so grateful of the fact they work so closely with Trupanion insurance, and were able to bill them directly, therefore I only had to worrying about my deductible.

Everyone was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The ER visit only took a couple hours which was nice. They were confident in my dog's diagnosis and they made sure that all my questions had been answered and they followed up post visit.

I found Dr. Song and tech Lexe very pleasant to work with. You evaluated Birdie, gave me your opinion, and recommended that she did not need a procedure done at this time, but if we needed to come back for this, she would be able to be fit in without an appointment because we now have a relationship.

Very professional, I agreed with the treatment plan and they took very good care of my dog. It's not an easy time working in ER right now and everyone was kind and positive. Intake and discharge were smooth as silk. Great treatment plan as well. I am a veterinarian and needed after hours care for my dog. I just moved to the area and had no idea where to go. Each one of your staff was professional, caring and kind. We especially appreciated Nick and his obvious love and appreciation of Mister Skeeto! You all genuinely showed care and concern for my beloved Skeeto, and Nick took plenty of time to explain everything to me - never felt rushed. He genuinely cared, and that is so important to me.
