I don't remember the guys name but he was great. He explained to me the difference about the tube I was purchasing for my bike. Between the regular tube and the heavy duty tube. Have been here a few times and the staff have always been knowledgeable and friendly. I recently needed to go in for a tube replacement and they were able to get got my bike fixed up by the next business day. Good communication, I will definitely be going to them for any future needs.

turnaround time was originally a week, got my bike back within 2 days. great customer service and education, they even helped me load the bike back into the car. thanks again guys.
