I went out of my way to give archers a chance today, unfortunately the archers employee’s at this current time wasn’t having nothing to do with my circumstance; 2 faulty inner tubes sold to me in a row; even if you could dismiss the first one, the second one was verified by landis bike shop. I know I gave one star, but the truth is, that’s more than archer’s of Tempe deserves 👎🏼

Unfortunately you did not bring us the tube you bought from us. The second tube you brought was installed by your father and not sold by us. We tried explaining that we can't give free tubes out based on your word, but you didn't have the original tube for us to inspect. We always offer warranties on faulty tubes if bought from us and brought to us to inspect.
Staff was very helpful in recommending products based on questions, and assembled the seat and post at no charge since it was purchased there. Will recommend to anyone needing bike/bike accessories.

Archer's has gone above and beyond... I bought a 1-Wheel from them and have had some issues with a tire... they are really helping me out to get out back on the road. I highly recommend them to anyone, very trustworthy and helpful 😀
