Although only 1 of the 2 bikes I brought in was bought at Archer’s they were able to get both bikes in for service and returned to us in less than 24 hours. Outstanding customer service!!

I like archers bike shop they take good care of there customers providing good customer service perfeshenol work 👍 when working on e bikes 🏍 they do an exalnent job I give them 😀 on a scale of one to 10 I give them a 10 they give 100 💯 10 percent the take care of there customers and did a very good job on my e bike thank u archers for working on my bike peace ✌️ and thanks 😊

Jacob was most helpful in explaining my available choices for a new tire pressure gauge. He was also well informed about current e-bike technology which I found helpful in considering future transportation options.
