Buyer beware! Horrible experience end to end. Started with a sales person continuing to remove their mask in front of my pregnant wife. Consistent issue with their billing and system. Had to ask 4 times to have our phone number updated after not receiving follow ups at each turn. Ultimately had furniture arrive broken and not as advertised. I bought a Baldwin sofa in 2010 for almost $2,000. It was rarely used until 2017. In 2019 I noticed the cushions had sunk, which causes hip pain when sitting on it. Also, the pillow inserts do not fit the pillow covers. I called customer service, they had a technician come out, and ultimately replaced the cushions and the technician said to just fluff up the pillows (which doesn't work). BUYER BEWARE! Check BBB and other online review sites for how this company operates, because I sure wish I would have done so. My husband and I purchased a sectional THREE years ago and after numerous major production errors and failed attempts to repair, we still do not have what we paid $5200 for!!! 250 emails, phone calls, house visits, it goes on and on. This company is the epitomy of incompetence and they have absolutely zero respect for your time. STAY AWAY!

Horrible customer service and complete disregard for customer satisfaction
I received the Merle chairs and table set in three different colors. First they argued that this is normal, then they told me that I have to pay restocking fee. I fought back till they had no choice but to take it back. The set is still with me as they have not been able to get it picked up. The story doesn’t end here. I then received the Veda sofa set. I recently purchased the Arhous Tahoe sectional sofa. I am very disappointed with the construction of the sofa. I do not recommend anybody purchasing the Tahoe sectional as it’s impossible for the sectional to stay together, and it’s very uncomfortable to sit on. The feather and down seat cushions slide off the frame. The frame is made from foam which means there’s no framework. The design is awful. I have had the absolute WORST customer experience ever from this store and I would recommend highly you take your money elsewhere. They took a $7000 order from me July 5, 2019 and told me to except furniture in 8-12 weeks. I heard no update, not a word, so I called at 12 weeks. They told me it has a promise date of 11/2, there was a delay, easily I would have it for the holidays. 11/2 comes and goes, no update, no call, nothing.
