Locked the doors in our face 10 minutes before closing time this evening. Rude and unprofessional.
This is my second experience, the first order took a LONG time to come in, so I expected to wait with my second order. I ordered items labor day weekend, still nothing is here, I was supposed to have everything mid-october in time for the holidays. They finally called me yesterday to collect the remaining payment to deliver the items, you would think they'd be in Texas, not the case, everything is still in Ohio! So far our experience with Arhaus has been less than mediocre. We spent a ridiculous amount of money for what we thought was going to be high quality and amazing customer service. We picked out a stock fabric because we needed the couches quickly. We also asked for no down or down alternative because I am highly allergic to feathers. Our couches got delayed because they over sold the fabric.. but we only found that out by following up myself. We have been waiting for an Oct delivery which was promised Oct first week pushed out until second week Now they are telling us we may not even have them by Thanksgiving which is when I needed my dining room chairs
If there were a star less than one I would rate Arhaus with that. The customer service is beyond terrible, there is a lack of communication, and nothing has been timely. We purchased outdoor furniture in June and the product was delivered in the incorrect color, after waiting close to 10 weeks for delivery. They attempted to deliver the correct product, again after waiting far longer than the standard 8-10 weeks, and it arrived in the incorrect size. Purchased a couch and dining set. The finish is flaking off the dining room table and the fabric is pulling from the seams of the cushions,not to mention the fact that the feathers don’t want to stay in the cushions. Tried multiple times to have the issue resolved but they are unwilling to fix the problem. Spent a lot of money and this is very disappointing. Arhaus in Indianapolis has terrible customer support. Ten weeks ago we placed an order for over $7400.00 in furniture, to date have not received any notification from this store. I HAD to call this morning ...to be told that the furniture is sitting in a warehouse in Cleveland. REALLY? No apology..just an arrogant attitude. I wouldn't shop here again!!

Better customer service is needed. To be ignored in a store you come into to make a purchase...yet watch the sale ladies bypass you to go to someone else...is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Now I will spend my $$ elsewhere...its a shame too, because I did really like the bed I went into purchase. SMH

Sixteen weeks after ordering a sectional and chair we still do not have our furniture and the manager at the store won't return our calls to find out why not.
