In this store for 30 minutes looking for furniture and was not asked if we needed help. Several employees walked past us and asked other people who didnt look like us " was everything ok?" "Can I help you find something" but would look at us and smirk and walk past us.. other presumed "high class" stores have done this in the past. Walked into ashleys and was warmly welcomed, so much that we walked out with a $2500 new sectional. Profiling is real yall. #wontEVERgetourbusiness smh ���
Watch out, the prices are such that you would expect a quality product. You’ll be disappointed. I purchased their $11,000 sofa only to have it delivered with the cheapest of cheap mounded plastic legs that were not safe to sit on my rugs or my hard wood floors. When I complained at delivery they said if I’d accept delivery they would come back and replace the legs. I’ve been begging and waiting for three months and no replacements yet. Worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. Bought a $6000 media cabinet, arrived after 2 months - it was damaged. They offered to replace it - took another 6 weeks -was still damaged. They said it was a manufacturer's defect and offered to take back the piece for full refund. It has taken me multiple calls to get the full refund - they tried to tell me that it was my preference to return it, hence I cannot get a full refund. RecommendedStill waiting since last Friday’s store visit, two phone calls and 2 emails to purchase insurance on my replacement furniture. After two messed up deliveries on this table another aggravation is the last thing I need. Not sure I would recommend shopping here.
DO NOT WORK WITH BORIS. Do not shop at this store unless you want a nightmare. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had and I mean every word of that. FIRST and foremost it's important for you to know that in the "fine print" they reserve the right to alter your custom order without asking you, without telling you and as they deem fit. I ordered a custom bench to be used as a coffee table. A 30” ottoman size arrived instead. I’ve been calling once per week for 3 months trying to get ahold of a manager at the store. I have yet to receive a returned phone call. I definitely would think twice about purchasing from this location since you won’t get any service if there’s a problem.
