I ordered a custom bench to be used as a coffee table. A 30” ottoman size arrived instead. I’ve been calling once per week for 3 months trying to get ahold of a manager at the store. I have yet to receive a returned phone call. I definitely would think twice about purchasing from this location since you won’t get any service if there’s a problem.
Beautiful furniture, horrible customer service at this location
We bought the Lawrence media unit for $5364. The unit was defective when it arrived. They sent a second unit several weeks later which was also defective. For a luxury furnishing store, their customer service is appalling. I have sent them photographs of the defects, and their excuse is that it is a manufacturer's defect. I purchased furniture in early January to be delivered to my new home in Austin, Tx. I requested a delivery date of April 12. I was told that would be no problem as the table I ordered (along with 2 sofas and 6 chairs) would be in by mid March at the latest. I was happy with this situation. I am not happy with Arhaus customer service. (concierge) Purchased an item on 12 mos terms, no interest. Always a great deal right? Apparently my purchase agreement states that terms begin at purchase, although I did wait for a statement to follow. (to have an invoice to pay from) At this time I was already 2 months behind. I just visited this store. It is a beautiful store, but the customer service was non-existent. I was in the store about 20 minutes, and was never approached by an employee. I saw what I think were 3 employees. One was on a personal call, and the other 2 were behind the counter talking to each other, and seemed very involved with the story that was being told. Although I like the store, this kind of service doesn't make me want to be a customer.
Place is terrible. Had delivery issues and I have given them many chances to resolve with no resolution. They don’t call back or respond to emails, it’s odd. Lots of better choices in the area, I’d say go anywhere else.
Don't buy the protection plan!! It's sold as a "worry free guarantee" but my experience is anything but. I've also reached out to Arhaus to try to get it resolved and have hear nothing back. Very disappointing experience on the service side (though I've been happy with the furniture).
