I purchased an end table on Feb 16th which was too be in the store in a week and a half. Which I had too pay for in advance. That day has come and gone. I called "sorry the end table didn't come in will be here March 13." Well I called March 14th "no table didn't arrive, will be here March 27th." Really, I've asked for a refund, what a way to do business. I'll shop elsewhere.

Know your product and be upfront about the "Non Negotiable Fee" You can keep your furniture! we will Never go to this store again. I'll spend $3,000.00 elsewhere. But of course Arhaus could not care less.

Purchased a quite expensive set of table and chairs for my office. After 5 months, the springs broke on one of the chairs. No warranty because it was used in an 'office'/commercial setting. No kids, just adults sitting around a table. Arhaus has some very pretty things. But the quality doesn't have much to be desired. Very disappointed.

My husband and I purchased multiple items, spent thousand of dollars in the store in WC. Nice service but as soon as you are done paying for your purchases, service stops. Items are not being delivered at said time. Their delivery company that they outsource to are rude and make you feel that you are an inconvenience to them. I communicated with store multiple times with inquiry about furnitures being ready for delivery after due date, got a different answer each time. This is in regards to a visit my mother made at the Palm Beach Gardens store today, January 23, 2019. During her visit this afternoon, she was very interested in a console table that was displayed on the floor. She kindly asked an associate if the table was on sale as the signs said that there was a storewide sale of up to 40% off. The associate (if you would even want to call her that) rudely said that it was not on sale and walked away; without even assisting her or looking up the item...My mother proceeded to look online ... read more

Customer service is terrible. After ordering 9 months ago, our shipment was delivered incomplete and damaged. It took 3 attempts to deliver a bed that was not damaged. Our nightstand was damaged and discontinued. Can't get a callback or any information on why my credit card has not been refunded for the nightstand that was never delivered. Salesperson stopped returning calls. Read other reviews carefully before making a purchase from this company. We are hopeful that this will be resolved but have little faith at this ... read more

I came into store with husband and we ordered our furniture back in September 2018. A whole living room. Even though the sales associate Rhonda was very nice and helpful and my experience in the store was pleasant. The ending result was the most horrible experience ever. So here are few examples. We Never received updates from the sales associate or manager or anyone at all on the status of our order. So basically completely forgotten about. I was in your store and your associate asked what projects I was was doing. I mentioned that we wanted to redo our master bath. She recommended their "designer" and we paid this "designer" a design fee and she started the process of our remodel. That was June 1, 2018. We never got any further and now I am fighting to get my fee returned as we never received a usable design. This person has since moved out of the Baltimore area and I am assuming I am out my money at this point. Not happy...

We have purchased both furniture and accessories from Arhaus in the past, but our recent experience with the Indianapolis store has been a real disappointment! We ordered 2 ottomans (or poufs) on October 13 and stressed at the time that they were Christmas gifts. We were assured we would have them in early December. Having heard nothing from the store, I called on December 13th and spoke with David. He informed me that our original salesperson, Rebecca, was still with the company but had relocated to a different location... read more
