A $40 corkage fee is absolutely ridiculous. Otherwise, food was good and service was good.
Atmosphere and food was wonderful except the manager made a rather rude comment about us still being there in the courtyard of the restaurant taking Valentines Day pictures.
We like this place usually but we had a terrible experience the last time. We booked for a birthday celebration and none of that happened (the hostess knew about it but the server did not, and never care to ask about celebrations). I got the special to share (del I Ivo star 16 oz, $110) and I have serious doubts that was a Delmonico (this was a thin steak) and worse, there is so much fat in it that I had to leave a good amount in the plate. No Covid measures
Very crowded given Covid dynamic; no social distancing at all. food is always good and service, coordination can be spotty.
The steak was over salted and need just better seasoning. I ordered the filet, took two bites and took the rest home to my puppy. Just wasn’t worth the money.
A little more pretentious than there should be for a steakhouse that is the fourth best in a 3 mile radius.
My bill was $266 for two people who shared a steak! My date and I SPLIT a steak ribeye (super fatty - NOT prime), had two sides, 2 drinks, and an appetizer. Hal’s is less than half that for higher quality steak.
If you want a good steak dinner Atlanta has better options than Arnette’s. The food was fine but nothing special. The service left a lot to be desired - we got a different salad than the one we ordered and our steak wasn’t cooked to the requested heat. You don’t expect to send multiple courses back at a restaurant like this.
