He did not inspect the gutters. All he did is blow the dust off the gutter guards. He blew off the top of my gutters.

unknown Roof inspection and minor sealing were completed. Scheduling was a few weeks in advance to accommodate both my work schedule and the company's availability. More work was recommended but I had to schedule a separate time for an estimate. One of the problems I reported, which triggered the initial appointment, was deferred to the estimate appointment and then I was told that it was such a small piece of work he couldn't provide a competitive price. Frustrating circle of events.

refund *BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING* In our conversation to schedule our gutter cleaning, we discovered they do not remove ( snap on or any other type) gutter guards and clean inside. They just clean off the top. I am not sure how this can be considered "gutter cleaning" when in gutter guard instances, they do not go beyond them. When I asked the lady to explain to me then what they did/what was the service, she became indigent and seemed insulted that I would ask such a thing.
I set up the appointment for the estimate easily. Linda was supposed to call and confirm the appointment - but never did. I called when nobody showed up, and they said Linda was supposed to call, but she was out of the office and would call me the next day. Apparently the roofer was held up at another job. No call. I called two business days later, and Linda never got the message. Will Moore called me to confirm whether it was okay for him to arrive an hour earlier for the appointment. I returned his call and replied, "Yes he could arrived at 1pm". Will went on the roof immediately. He took pictures of the work that needed to be completed. He departed to provide supplies for another job in the neighborhood. Five minutes later he returned. unknown Roof maintenance including up to 5 shingles replaced. | |Even though I had one shingle that was missing, I was told that they would have to replace 16 tabs and that they would be happy to send someone for an estimate. I declined. | |The serviceman did review the roof and caulked areas that needed it. but I feel that if one shingle need 16 tabs for repair, what type of problem would only take 5 (as advertised)

. Removed gutter guards and adjusted gutters. Replace a 4 ft clogged portion of gutter drain for free. Gutters are better but they still leak at all the seems.
unknown I had to call them to get them to schedule the appointment for this roof tuneup. They said that they forgot to get in touch with me after I bought this deal. In fact, I had to call several times before finally getting someone to answer the phone and schedule the work. Once scheduled, the "technician" arrived as promised.
