This was a new deck they were building for us. What should have been a 2 week project ended up taking around 3 months. They said that it took so long because of the weather, however, they did make some errors while building that they had to fix, and they expected us to pay for it. The whole project was very expensive. They did finish the job, and it turned our very nice, but they left the deck extremely dirty and I had to powerwash it myself to get it clean. This lead to several delays and design changes and unfortunately the job was delayed as a result. Our company did work with the customer to ensure her satisfaction and powerwash the deck after the job was done (we had pictures taken after this was done). On 1/16, the company came, told me I needed a new roof and gave me a quote. I ultimately decided (after consulting with another roofing company) that I did not need a new roof immediately, I recontacted Arocon to request that they just seal and caulk my roof. I have not heard back and they have not performed the service. I would like a refund, as I do not wish to have them perform work on my home if they are not going to be responsive. I purchased a big deal to have my roof inspected, caulked and sealed.

We had to reschedule due to inclement weather, but that was completely understandable. The gentleman that came to inspect our roof was very nice. Unfortunately, we did not qualify for the deal due to the pitch of our roof. The only complaint I would have is they said that if we wanted to use them for the work they would have to come back out to give an estimate instead of giving us an estimate based off the first visit. I purchased a Big Deal from Arocon Roofing & Construction LLC.

This review stemmed from a repair completed in 2012. We have tried to reach out to the customer to resolve this issue, but have not been able to coordinate with the customer to date.
Made the appointment for 20 December, in the afternoon. The representative showed up on time, and was very personable. Asked if I had any concerns, and since I was only concerned about the attic (and lack of insulation), that's all that he looked at. And look was all he did - no ventilation tests, no talks about rebates involved, no energy saving tips, nothing. The visit concluded with him measuring the attic space. As above, provider requested that we change the appt. from 12:30 to2:30 several days ago. I agreed. By 3pm, he had not come and not called. I called their office only to be told that he had just told them that he didn't make the appt. No reason given. I purchased a Big Deal from Arocon Roofing & Construction.

See above Contractor removed last raw of shingles, installed water proved membrane, new shingles over gutters. Then they fixed squirrel entries: installed 2 x 4 under rake, covered it with PVC coated aluminum, sealed all over. Cleaned trash and debris made during their work.

The gentleman who came and measured for an estimate was friendly, professional, and seemed very honest. He arrived as expected. Chris asked if we wanted him to haul away our old copper gutters. I replied, "sure, if you'll pay me for them." He declined and I told him that I would scrap them. I received an estimate by email in a timely manner. With the volume we do it’s not efficient to engage in scrap metal selling, normally taken to be recycled at the junkyard. Also the current price of copper is slightly lower at $2.50/lb, meaning the total volume is under $200.
