The technicians that came out to my home were professional and pretty up front with me, my beef is with the company that wont stand behind its work. In the future I will use a smaller local company that takes some pride in its work. Jason came out to remove the satellite dish. While out here he also performed a full inspection and found some discrepancies. He was also to have fixed a leak, which turned out not to be the case . When the project manager arrived, he gave directions to the two workers, one of whom spoke no English and the other only very little, and then he left. When I returned from work, I gazed upon a project that bore no resemblance to the contract. Arocon had sent workers to my project who had neither the skills nor the tools to execute the installation of these steps. As the owner, I have personally worked with this customer to resolve her issues. As a company, we have taken every effort to rectify this issue and ensure that the job was done to the customer's satisfaction. This included sending multiple crews to make adjustments to the work even after receiving emails from the client stating that the work was to their satisfaction. Unfortunately we were unable to come to a positive agreement with this customer.

Although most roofers learn on the job, some learn their trade through an apprenticeship program, this Guy was upfront with everything and professional,my wife don't usually trust company's easily !! but by the time he was done with explain everything she was sold.,we even hire him on the spot for our other property that happened to be a Restaurant in Washington DC... They didn't finish. They left me with money unspent. It was a poor experience. They were supposed to do a frame around the medicine cabinet, seal the tile, andinstall crown molding in the kitchen. They did a complete bathroom remodel for me.

Called to set-up an appointment for an estimate, and they were very responsive. Called on Saturday and had the estimate scheduled for Tuesday. The rep arrived right on time; however, I wasn't able to receive an estimate. Apparently, company policy is that they can't give you an estimate unless you sign a contract (within 15 minutes of them walking into your home) stating that they will be your representative to your insurance company. This means 1) they are going to do the work, 2) they will meet with your insurance to work ... read more

Great customer service and follow up with office staff. The inspector was personable but did not complete the work I paid for: gutter cleaning and chalking areas on roof. He also did not respond to the two inquiries afterwards. Just the roof inspection. He did not clean the gutters or chalk the areas stated. Inspector did not follow up to two emails afterwards.

Roof pitch was too steep for one person to safely negotiate with equipment on truck. This was totally understandable. I was told that they would call me to reschedule a two-man team with the correct equipment. I never received that call. Several days later I called and spoke to someone that took my message and said they would forward it on to the correct party and they would be in touch. No one has returned my call as of 7/11. Came out to give estimate on roof job.

I contacted this company through Angie's List and no response after several days. I called the company and left a message with information for the work I wished to have completed. Nobody replied to either of the contacts I sent the company. Called this company to get a quote on replacing downspouts on my home and for gutter guards.

Person inspected the roof, replaced the shingles that needed replacing (or were missing), resealed/caulked appropriate areas. Provided feedback on condition of roof which stated that it needed to be replaced due to wear & tear, age, and builder grade material. House built in 1995 so is nearing 20 year mark, however, we haven't had any problems with it, so I think it is a bit soon to consider, although it is getting close so probably good advice. Looked at roof shingles, replaced bad and missing shingles, resealed areas.
