We purchased this deal on June 11. We weren't contacted by the service provider to set up an appointment. We called the service provider on June 19 to try to make an appointment and was told that our roof didn't qualify for the deal. .

unknown This was a roof tune-up which was purchased because it included gutter cleaning which we needed, replacing a piece of siding and perhaps fixing a loose flashing if any existed. I doubted this since the roof was replaced a few years ago. So he looked around, found no roof problems and did the other 2 items. This all fine until he said that the chimney wasn't attached to the house properly and the that the j channel down the side of the chimney was installed and lastly that our house did not appear to be "wapped". I've tried to reach them numerous times and left 3 messages with their answering service. Last message was left on Friday morning, but I have yet to receive a return call. So I am unable to provide a rating an fair rating. -

I wanted to figure out when I was going to need to have it repaired. It went good. He went up on the roof and took pictures and emailed them to me. We had a little trouble getting them out. Arocon Roofing & Construction LLC did a roof tune-up. It was a big deal purchase.

Tune up started on time however, it started to rain and thetechnician worked until it got to dangerous. Stated that he would have theoffice reschedule ASAP and have a sles rep contact me regarding a new roof. I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks and by the time they did call back, I already had my roof replaced. Roof tune up.

The owner seems like a good guy who is interested in making sure that the client is happy and that the job is done well. I ordered this 'big deal' service a week before and even after repeated attempts from my end, I could not get hold of them for scheduling. If their scheduling is this bad, I don't want their service. Going to request Angie's list for a refund. Roof Maintenance

On the day the work was actually scheduled Jason arrive on time and well presented. He spent some time examining the roof and performed some minor repair work for which he later described in detail to me. The roof was in good shape and did not need more than a tune up. He took time to examine other areas of the house that I was looking to have work done and told me that someone from Arocon would get back to me about.
