We purchased this deal on June 11. We weren't contacted by the service provider to set up an appointment. We called the service provider on June 19 to try to make an appointment and was told that our roof didn't qualify for the deal. .

unknown This was a roof tune-up which was purchased because it included gutter cleaning which we needed, replacing a piece of siding and perhaps fixing a loose flashing if any existed. I doubted this since the roof was replaced a few years ago. So he looked around, found no roof problems and did the other 2 items. Mark, the roof technician on this job, works very hard to go above and beyond the call of duty for all of our clients and to be as honest as possible with suggestions. We are sorry to hear that this was misconstrued, as I assure you that was not his intent. We have reached out to this customer in regards to this feedback as well.
I've tried to reach them numerous times and left 3 messages with their answering service. Last message was left on Friday morning, but I have yet to receive a return call. So I am unable to provide a rating an fair rating. -

I wanted to figure out when I was going to need to have it repaired. It went good. He went up on the roof and took pictures and emailed them to me. We had a little trouble getting them out. Arocon Roofing & Construction LLC did a roof tune-up. It was a big deal purchase.

Tune up started on time however, it started to rain and thetechnician worked until it got to dangerous. Stated that he would have theoffice reschedule ASAP and have a sles rep contact me regarding a new roof. I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks and by the time they did call back, I already had my roof replaced. Roof tune up.
