unknown They sent a message saying they couldn't honor the coupon on my roof. I asked for a refund.
I took off work early to meet them at my house. No one ever showed up to my home so I called them and asked where they were. They said they called and told me they had forecasted there was going to be rain and wanted to reschedule. I never received that call. Once someone did come out, the guy was very inexperienced and he didn’t have shingles with him to perform the roof tune up. While he was doing the gutter clean up, he damaged a down spout. I have a different roof then what the Big Deal specifies for. I purchased the Big Deal for$99 Roof Tune Up and Gutter Cleaning.
This August the third floor roof leaked around the fireplace and also in the ceiling. I called Arocon on August 13th to come out and take a look at the roof since I knew it was under warranty. Arocon said they would get someone out on Saturday the 16th. I told them that we would be home until 2PM but after that we had family committments and wouldn't be there. No one showed up on the 16th.
