Requested quote in late 2013 as part of a review of options for checking the roof around one of my skylights and received an analysis and a quote for that and a few other possible repairs needed. We did have crews that were let go because of the quality of the initial work done on the customer's home, however there was absolutely no evidence at all leading to the fact that the crew members were drinking or urinating in public. As of October 1st however, we have made a policy change at AROCON and now all asphalt shingle roofs, no matter of size, are applicable for our $99 Roof Tune-Up at the $99 price. I took off work early to meet them at my house. No one ever showed up to my home so I called them and asked where they were. They said they called and told me they had forecasted there was going to be rain and wanted to reschedule. I never received that call. I have a different roof then what the Big Deal specifies for. I purchased the Big Deal for$99 Roof Tune Up and Gutter Cleaning.
This August the third floor roof leaked around the fireplace and also in the ceiling. I called Arocon on August 13th to come out and take a look at the roof since I knew it was under warranty. Arocon said they would get someone out on Saturday the 16th. I told them that we would be home until 2PM but after that we had family committments and wouldn't be there. No one showed up on the 16th.
