They told me my roof’s pitch was too tall. There would have been a big price difference. There should have been a disclaimer that some roofs would not qualify or would have an extra charge for a steeper pitch. Their estimate was based off of googling my home. I purchased a Big Deal for $99 Roof Tune Up and Gutter Cleaning

unknown The roofer came out but did not get on the roof. We also paid an additional $176.00 which was a total of $276.00. He did not bring a ladder tall enough to get on the roof. I told the company the length of the Townhouse prior to the visit. The job was not performed.

Working with Arocon was one of my more frustrating contractor experiences. When I first purchased the deal, through Angie's list, I called the office to schedule. She first looked up my house on google maps to see the type of roof. She said - oh, it's a steep roof (not abnormally so, it's the same type as every other roof in our neighborhood). My initial meeting with this company was through Angie's List to inspect the roof. Based on this, I agreed to replace my roof -- a project that was performed on time, without a hitch and the contractors connected with the project (Dan), took special care to be sure I was happy with the finished work in 2014.Then, I gave them an A+ rating. . I call to confirm the appointment and she said she had to verify that my house qualified. After looking at my house she said the pitch was to high and I would have to go with a different package that was $251 more. I don't have that right now. So I will have to wait.

I was unable to reachthembefore the deal was purchased to ask specific questions.The company told me that the pitch of my roof put it outside the perimeter of a walkable roof. Therefore, the deal could not be applied. I have requested a refund for this. I purchaseda Big Deal for $99 for a Roof Tune-Up Plus Bonus Gutter Cleaning

I chose Arocon to remodel 2 bathrooms and replacement of anexterior door in my house based onexcellent work they did several years ago repair a leak in our roof. Unfortunately this job did not go well atall. Arocon subcontracted the work toa sub-contractor which then subcontracted the work to othersubcontractors. This provider could not provide the service and they contacted me promptly. The service man looked at my house on the Internet and concluded that the pitch of my roof did not meet their specification. There was no way for me to know that. .
