HORRIBLE!! Did a hundred things wrong, they have zero respect for the fact that I run multiple businesses and a nonprofit and they call for their money al the time when e work still isn't done. No one in this office communicates and call me for things I've already taken care of. They finished half the job, with e wrong shingles, crap looking finish on my walk out (my ten year old niece could have done better). Our team did work very hard to efficiently communicate with this customer and even went beyond the scope of work to seal her skylights from a leak, which she did not wish to replace, due to the minor oversight that occurred. We realize our customers are busy and continually strive to communicate with them as efficiently as possible.
The contractor arrived promptly and cleaned-out the clogged downspouts. However, Aorcon did not return the gutter guards after cleaning and left two large sections open and exposed to the elements. I called to complain immediately after they left, and every day for a week thereafter. No one had the courtesy to return my calls. I finally met with their sales rep, and he was able to replace the open gutter guards. While he was very apologetic and fixed the problem, he stated that I would be receiving a call from the owner. This review is based on my solely on my experience with the scheduler. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a roof maintenance package. The scheduler was prompt in calling to make the appointment for the service to be performed. During this call, she asked what was the pitch of my roof. When I stated that I did not know, she used my address to pull up a picture of my home on her computer. She stated that from the picture my roof pitch appeared to be greater than 6/12 and that the deal was not for roofs that exceeded the ... read more

unknown The roof is high quality materials and installed in one day, like they promised. But, They did not trim the overhanging shingles in the gutter, leaving a perfect leaf trap! I sent photos promptly of the 2" overhang. They avoided my calls--"project manager is in a meeting." Once they had my check in the bank, they were completely unresponsive. |Go up on your new roof to inspect before you sign off!
I have a leak on my ceiling and is trying to find somebody to come take a look and tell me what the source of the problem is and give me an estimate for cost of repair. I spoke to a person by the name of Linda and she wanted to sell me a tune up package for $99 because she thought the problem maybe a loose gasket around a boot, this was her guess of what the problem could be without having looked at my roof or have spoken to anyone who had taken a look at my roof. The roof started leaking after the first large snow and they told me that leaking was normal and should stop in the spring after the snow is gone. On March 7, Jason said that he put caulk on the leak to fix it. It started leaking again. On March 19, I spoke with Adam and he sent out someone to fix the leak. They also said that they would send someone to repair the ceiling in the house after they were sure that it was not going to leak anymore. Arocon Roofing via Angie's List ad was supposed to follow-up within days (I selected two possible dates) after my purchase of a $99 roof inspection. When I called Arocon, they identified that the roof inspection I purchased did not apply to my house (they reviewed it over Google Earth). They then quoted a price of $300+ for my home, took my information after I verbally agreed, and then never actually sent the contract to my email. They requested I contact Angie's List for reimbursement. My only issue is that the offer should have stated what Roof Pitches or Types are eligible for this offer - This would have saved a step in the process as I would have not bought the package based on my roof not qualifying. After speaking with the company to schedule an appointment, I was informed that due to the pitch of my roof - I was not eligible for the Tune Up and Gutter Check Deal.

As of October 1st however, we have made a policy change at AROCON and now all asphalt shingle roofs, no matter of size, are applicable for our $99 Roof Tune-Up at the $99 price.
