Our service advisor- Todd Coffer- is the best. He delivers when promised and goes above what I would expect to keep me informed about my vehicle. Also the greeters are friendly and inform the advisor upon arrival. Good system. Whenever a tech is needed to explain what they did- very knowledgable. This is my 3rd Cadillac with Todd Coffer as my advisor and I would not change if possible.
