Great staff, very friendly and competent and caring. They all have great personalities and make us all, doggy included, feel welcome!
I want to give my highest praise to Arroyo for helping guide me through an impossible decision--saying goodbye to our beloved Sox. They treated the situation with such care, compassion, and thoughtfulness, ensuring the right diagnostics were in place and reasonably priced to help us thoughtfully map out the decision process. They made an incredibly difficult time and decision feel softer, more supported, and a little easier.
Audra is absolutely amazing. She is one of the kindest people i've ever met. She is very helpful and gives amazing advice. I recommend Audra any day!!
There not enough good things to say about this vet! We had a tragic event and our 2 year old puppy passed away. We have her twin sister and she was getting sick so we decided to bring her here for a check up so we didn't have to go through what we did with the puppy a few days ago. Dr. Kapty was absolutely amazing, her bed side room manor was amazing! Our pup is very scared and neverous around other people. Dr. Kapty and the staff at Arroyo Veterinary are the very best. They show kindness and genuine care for our labradors. They try conservative approaches first. We've never had an issue getting our dogs in for a same day appointment. And most of all, our labs are not afraid and love the vets and staff! Excellent care!

Dr. Kapty and her team are the best! We bring our 14 year old cat for paw issues and they have helped him tremendously. They are kind, professional, friendly and we never wait for our appointment. We will always use Arroyo for our Colby.

We love Arroyo Vet! Both Kristi and Erica at the front desk are AMAZING! They take the time to get to know both you and your pet and treat you with authentic kindness. We have seen all the Dr.'s there and I never feel pushed into any unnecessary treatment. I have a very nervous dog and Dr Rosato couldn't be more accommodating. Switched from another vet's office as my neighbor had great things to say about Arroyo. He was right! I called with semi emergency for my diabetic dog and they fit me in the next morning. Staff was so friendly and helpful, one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Dr. Kapty is unbelievably knowledgeable especially for diabetic animals. This is our first visit at this clinic and we chose it because of our prior experience with Dr. Rosato - we live approx an hour away but her care and attention to our pups is second to none . The staff is wonderful and very welcoming. We highly recommend this team .
